Treats for a Fabulously Sweet October Day

On a beautiful October day such as today, we can’t help but think about those delicious seasonal treats that are only available during the fall season! With dreams of candy apples, pumpkin pies, and cranberry nut tarts dancing in our heads, we can’t help but share and indulge in some of our favorites!

Pumpkin Cupcakes at Sugar Sweet Sunshine - Can a bakery have a better name that sounds so delicious? Topped with cream cheese icing, this delight will definitely get you excited about the fall! If that’s not up your alley, there are a variety of cupcakes that is sure to please. Not a cupcake fan? There’s the seasonal pumpkin eggnog pudding!

Located at 126 Rivington Street (between Essex and Norfolk St)

Ice-Lolly at Popbar - Gelato on a stick! How fab is that? Popbar also offers froyo and sorbetto for healthier sweet indulgences. Ingredients comes directly from Italy and no artificial ingredients are used. You can even customize and create your own pop!

Located at 5 Carmine St and 6th avenue

Fruit Pies at Clinton Street Baking Company - Home sweet home! Nothing beats that feeling! But, the fruit pies might give mom’s secret recipe a run for her money! Made with a lattice crust and from scratch, they will certainly comfort you!

Located at 4 Clinton Street and Houston

Pumpkin Muffins at Bagel Works - Contrary to the name of the establishment, this place does not just sell bagels! This Upper East Side shop has some of the best muffins straight out of the oven! Grab a coffee or tea and enjoy the fall foliage at Central Park!

Located at 1229 1st Avenue (between 66th and 67th street)

Pumpkin Custard at Shake Shack - Just one more reason to visit one of NYC’s best burger places! Offered on Mondays for the month of October, this creamy treat is a delight! Other flavors for October include pancake (Thursdays), chocolate candied corn (Friday), and cinnamon roasted fig (Saturday). What better way to finish off a delicious burger?

Located at Madison Square Park (Madison Ave & E 23rd st; also at multiple NY locations, Miami, FL and Saratoga Springs)

Nina by Nina Ricci - Not an edible treat, but still just as sweet! This fragrance is a fruity floral inspired by Paris with notes of peony, moonflower, and vanilla-laced toffee apple. The bottle is shaped like an apple. How cute and pretty is that?

Don’t forget to share!
