What has always fascinated me about Diane von Furstenburg is her brand's versatile nature that is both unique and completely recognizable. Collections are consistent in their evolution, yet intrinsically solid in their branding.
You just know when something is DvF.
What's more, her clothes are are insanely chic yet remarkably wearable, something which can be rare in the world of high fashion.
The latest collection which had its debut on Sunday is absolutely no exception. Blazers and cute headwear defined the show, further cementing the current menswear trend, yet also bringing with it that classically feminine DvF touch.
Biker jeans and jackets were definitely present but so was a soft and ethereal motif that closed out the show.
This was creative director Nathan Jenden's last collection as Diane von Furstenburg's right-hand man; and I for one will definitely say the two ended on a high note
