and the winner is ....

Best:

1. Sandra Bullock not only has what it takes to win an Oscar, but she also proved she has what it takes to win the red carpet. Sandra radiated with glowing elegance as she made her winning Oscar debut in a luminous golden Marchesa gown.

2. Rachel McAdams flowed down the carpet in Elie Saab where the watercolor blends of floral complimented her skin tone.

3. Cameron Diaz glowed in Oscar de la Renta as she dazzled her way down the carpet. Cameron's makeup was also one of the best--her orange-red lips flattered her golden gown and blonde hair. She definitely knows how to bring sophisticated sexiness back.

4. Elizabeth Banks looked astonishing in Atelier Versace where her delicate slate train and smokey shadows brought out Banks' graceful looks.

5. Demi Moore looked amazing in Atelier Versace with feminine drapes and ruffles layering across her body revealing Demi's ladylike grace.

Worst:

1. Sarah Jessica Parker – Just because Its Chanel Couture does not mean that everyone will look good in it, sorry SJP!

2. Suzy Amis - If I were James Cameron, I would probably get back with my ex –wife, Kathryn Bigelow
3. Nicole Richie- wearing Reem Acra. This dress does not fit her physique. She is way too petite for this dress. Maybe she was trying to get Bohemian Glam Look, however, if it were shorter I would have nominated her for “Best Dressed”.

4. Charlize Theron- Charlize Theron has broken her “Best Dressed” streak wearing Dior last night. Instead of looking at her face, I cannot get my attention away from her bust area. What on earth was she thinking? Not Oscar material has a bit of a burlesque touch to it.
5. Vera Farmiga- Marchesa gone wrong. Although the color of this dress pops, it does not pop on Vera. It makes look like she’s in her mid 50’s, and although ruffles are in for the spring; this dress reminds me of a flamenco dancer, making it a fashion "FAUX PAS".
