Isabel Marant's First U.S. Store!

J'adore Isabel Marant! Truly. An indie favorite among fashion mavens and magazines, she is known for her minimalist, bohemian style and cool collections of short, casual dresses, loose-fitting knits, slouchy pants, tailored jackets and to-die-for scarves. Fans include Rachel Bilson, Sienna Miller Cameron Diaz and Kristin Dunst, and us. Obviously.

And until recently, one of the gaping holes in our lives has been how difficult it can be to come by the abundance of Isabel Marant that we crave--we've been having to venture to Paris on the regular, which, trust us, is fine, but the jet lag was really starting to take its toll.

Anywho, our frequent flyer miles are going to be getting a break because the fabulous lady Marant has opened her first American store this week in New York! We love it. Below check out the video of New York fashion director Harriet Mays Powell getting an inside peak at store, located at 469 Broome Street, at Greene Street; 212-219-2284.

Enjoy!
