We love nude. Subtle yet undeniably chic, it is not always the obvious choice but, when done right, is most certainly a good one. Which is why we are completely thrilled to see it taking such a strong stance in the fashion world. For fall, Valentino, Nina Ricci, Christopher Kane and Chanel all showed looks in that understated hue, and Karl Lagerfeld even upped the ante by putting bondage straps on one of his dresses. Yowza.
But perhaps the best time to test-drive the look isn't fall, but now, as we approach summer and are reaching that point where we are tanned, toned and and totally down with minimal amounts of clothing. So yeah, we said it, go nude. You have our blessing.
