The good, the bad, and the ugly

Everyone who's anyone in Hollywood showed up Monday, May 3rd at the Met Ball and rocked the red carpet. These celebs receive our votes for the best and the worst dressed of the night...

...Starting with Anne Hathaway, who gets our approval for being one of the best dressed ladies of the night. The Alice in Wonderland star looked gorgeous as she rocked a Valentino paired with jewels from Bulgari.

Kate Hudson stole the spotlight as always, as she showed some skin in a light-pink Stella McCartney gown with a revealing sky-high, thigh-high slit.

Blake Lively nails the red carpet look, in her cobalt blue Marchesa dress. Showing off her never-ending legs, this youthful, sexy dress is definitely a stand-out piece amongst the rest.

Hair, makeup, and dress? Check, check, and check. She definitely isn’t Jenny from the block anymore. Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in her Zuhair Murad gown that was absolutely flawless.

Helllllllo Hermione! Emma Watson sure has grown up since we first saw her in Harry Potter. Wearing Burberry, the teen proves to be just as classy as the rest of the ladies she joined on the red carpet.

And now for the best part...The worst dressed. Starting with January Jones. What the hell was she thinking? Wearing YSL, I don't know if she was auditioning for a new superhero role, or just coughed into her blue eyeshadow tub and forgot to clean her face before attending the Ball.

Baby mama in bondage? Kudos to Gisele Bundchen for wearing this super short Alexander Wang fringed dress so soon after giving birth, but she looks more like a dominatrix than hot mama material.

Demi Moore, in a metallic Lanvin dress, looked like she stepped straight out of the eighties. Resembling too much of a disco ball, this over-the-top 80's look may work on a run-way, but it definitely isn't red carpet appropriate.

Needle in the haystack syndrome. This is what happens when you stick a petite woman in a jumpsuit 2 sizes too big. Tina Fey should be showing off her rockin' bod instead of letting it drown in this YSL one-piece. What is she trying to hide in her crotch region?

And last but certainly not least. We love Katy Perry, but she took home the "Did-she-look-in-the-mirror-before-leaving-her-home" prize. Lined with LED lights, Katy wore a Cute Circuit dress, she looked like a walking glow stick.
