This Monday, we pose a question for our readers: is not the world of celebrity endorsements getting a little out of control? In particular, does it not seem like nearly every celebrity has jumped on the fragrance train?
Now, I will be the first to admit that, if given a chance, I would gladly take a little stroll in the Jimmy Choos of Catherine Zeta-Jones (Elizabeth Arden) or Charlize Theron (Dior), for they are completely bankable powerhouses disguised as luminous women which walk among us; but the list of people with fragrances is a mile long! And apologies in advance, but it includes some questionable names (show of hands if you want to smell like Avril Lavigne…anyone?)
In this world, which is already fraught with an endless amount of technicalities and options (i.e. decaf? Caff? Grande? Venti? Iced? Soy?...the list goes on), would it not, at times, be a breath of fresh air to have someone compile a list for you? You know, one that weeds out the bad from the good? A list that still gives you options, but none of those options will make you cringe and wish you spent your money elsewhere?
If so, then you are in luck!
